Elle Nail Spa Beverly — Local services in Los Angeles

Update: Previously, I had left Elle Nail Spa a nice review but after my treatment today I will not be returning. I left my old review so you can see that I've been a regular customer (manicures ONLY). I'm posting this as a warning to anyone looking for a nail salon in the area. This is not the place to go to for nail extension work. Their work is clunky and sloppy. You can look at the pictures attached. Look at how chunky and uneven the work is. Probably the worse nails I've ever seen. When I politely mentioned that I wasn't satisfied (me thinking this is a spot I've been to before it won't be a problem to fix) I was rudely told they just didn't have time to fix the work. I believe this was the owner which is the worst. Then she yelled that I could just come pick up my refund. Wow. I was stunned. The work is really bad and to react so unprofessionally. There are much better places in the area like Honeybee which is all non-toxic for a great manicure. And try Cloverdale Nail and Spa for nail extensions. This place really isn't worth the horrible work and rudeness of the staff. Thanks for reading!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’m very sad to say that it’s really gone downhill. The last three times I’ve been, even though I’ve had an appointment, I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes. They’re clearly overbooked and understaffed. The worst part is the work has also gone downhill and I’ve been nicked or burned several times. Thee worst experience ever . Company has totally went downhill and definitely over priced. I came 2 weeks and paid 50 dollars difference off the price they charged me today . No prices are listed I honestly feel they just come up with it as they go . Truly unprofessional , one woman is aggressive and very demanding . Other employees know they coworkers are getting over but scared to speak up . Body language tells it all . Half of the staff is very lazy sit in the back room gossiping .
