Le Labo — Local services in Los Angeles

I often frequent the Highland Park Le Labo location, as it is the closest one to where I live (SGV). I wouldn't choose any other location to visit, as the store holistically exceeds my standards every time, from customer service, products, aesthetics, to the general ambiance. Annika has helped me so many times, from choosing a personal fragrance to selecting gifts for my friends and family. One could say she is the heart and soul of the store, though all Le Labo Highland Park employees are a joy to interact with. Emily, Kristian, Kai, thank you for being so wonderful! Excellent experience at this location! Staff was helpful and friendly. My sister and I left with three perfumes this weekend and we'll certainly be back for the Oud and Ylang.

Ignore the review making assumptions about how the shop is in the wrong location, as if Latinos and other minorities don't enjoy perfume shops or high-end shops. Call it "gentrification" if you want, but I'd rather a shop fill the vacancy instead of leaving it empty. Highland Park is a diverse neighborhood with a welcoming Latino culture that is not stuck in the past. Le Labo adds to the business diversity here and this Latina is excited to have them as part of the ecosystem.

Christian and David were super helpful and pleasure to work with. They were very patient spent quite a bit of time with me and my two kids. We ended up buying one bottle and one Discovery set.
