This is the 2nd worst nail salon I have ever been to. I called ahead of time around 6:30PM on a Tuesday evening. I asked the owner if they had time to do a dip powder manicure. She said yes. I asked her how much. She said $55 so I went.
Five minutes later I was at the salon. The salon was busy. The only free person working there was the owner Le. Instead of wrapping my nails, which would have been nice considering everyone else was busy and the salon was closing soon, she asked me if I wanted to pay now. I asked her why her sign on the wall said $40 for a dip manicure. She said the extra $$ was for the manicure including the "cuticle care". I said ok, not knowing that not 1 of my cuticles would be cared for when I actually got my nails done. This is false advertising.
I asked the owner if I could pay via venmo to avoid the salon's $2 credit card fee. The owner all of a sudden acted like she did not speak english and began to say zelle zelle as if she had never heard of venmo. She then put her jacket on and left for the night.
Tu Vo attempted to do my dip powder manicure. It was 8:00 PM and she could not get my nails to dry. She insisted that she had used the #4 to dry the nails. I sat under the fan for a while, but the nails were not drying. Considering it was just her, I, and 1 other male staff still in the shop, all with our jackets on wanting to go home, I told Tu to just dry my nails under the UV light. I paid $57 + tip and received a horrible manicure that did not last even 1 day because it was never properly done in the first place.
Le, why say you have time to do a dip manicure if you know that the employees you have there don't know how to do it? You're a hustler and need...

I moved into the area about 6 months ago and Googled for nail places near me. The place is small, as clean as any other similar nail salon (in other words, could use some cleaning and touch ups).
My first visit was March 18. The two ladies that worked on me did their job, nothing out of the ordinary or nothing extraordinary. One other lady convinced me to do a gel mani because it lasts longer. I was tight on money, but did it anyway. The gel peeled off a little over 2 weeks later. Every finger peeled. Isn't it supposed to be soaked off? I thought maybe she put on too many coats.
I went back April 4. Two different ladies worked on me. The one that did my feet cut three toes. Two on my left feet and one on my right. She didn't apologize. She just stuck a piece of tissue with that liquid green stuff where it was bleeding. The girl that did my hands also cut me once. At that moment I knew I wouldn't be back. The polish peeled off maybe 2 weeks later. I dunno. I think they need to...
Read moreLook at my toes, they are cut unevenly! I promise you there are way better spots than here. I originally said yes to the Deluxe Pedicure but saw he was taking his time, I am 7months pregnant so ai told him I cannot sit for long and asked him for just a regular pedicure and I thought he acknowledged yes but he was pretending to not understand me, ended up giving me a fast/unatentive version of the Deluxe. A man did a Deluxe Pedicure where he did remove callus but I had 3 toes bleeding, he did not do foot scrub just lotion with wrap? If you remove callus and you’ve been doing nails for years and I’m paying you $42 dont you think you should automatically know? Also, he passed a hot stone on both feet which was the equivalent of wiping your nose thats how fast that stone came and went. The 5 minute massage is more like 3 min or less massage so yeah they cheat you. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! CONSIDER $2 YOU CHARGED ME...
