I am not always easy to please and working customer service myself I have very high expectations as to how I like to be treated as a customer. I came across this business after weeks of visiting higher end stores and popular retailers and had found nothing to my satisfaction. The owner Don Jose made it his priority to make sure I explored all options, catalogs, measurements, and make a decision that I felt happy and completely satisfied with, even after it took me days to make a decision.
