USELESS! If i could give Massage Central a ZERO star i would. I called to inquire about a product, Samuel was busy on the phone, told me he could not give me prices,, was short, dry, even though i was trying to drive 15 miles to go to his store. I had to hang up because he had no time to help me with my order. So i tried the website..... what a joke! The website is totally outdated, you cannot order from it, it looks and seems to be still under construction and there is no page order. I decided to call the 1800 number there.. and guess who picked up? SAMUEL!!! He again refused to help me with an order because he said he had customers in front of him and could not talk to me and pick up my order. And who am i? I guess i wont ever become a customer that way. I just wonder.... how does monkey businesses like these stay in business? Because they have no competition, it seems? I tried to find a massage suply store in Los Angeles on Googe and only Massage Central comes up! How can thiis be? Is that why Samuel has such a poor customer service and atittude? Because he knows he has no competition? That ma be true for now.. but perhaps, and i hope, not for too long... because the moment someone opens a massage suply store in LA, and i hope it will be soon, and offers a proper service, Massage Central will be left for ... who knows.. out of business i hope. I believe that if you can't offer good business then you should be out of business. Guess what... i am going to just order my suplies online and forget that massage Central is 15 milesd away.... after all,,,, i will most likelly save on gas, on time, avoid agravation and poor service, and .. the best of all.... save money, since their prices are NOT the best either!
