Megan helped us perchance a home in 2013 in Santa Monica. As is often the case, there were multiple bids on the property. Megan guided us on what information to provide the sellers and they accepted our offer.
Recently we decided to see that house and buy another one. Both in Santa Monica and both transactions done with Megan and her team. Why? Because she makes it very easy. We were buying a house that was owned by a corporation and had loads of "issues". We also had to make a contingent offer. Apparently, those aren't often accepted. Once again, Megan's experience and business acumen benefited us - we got the house under asking price.
Her guidance on the steps necessary to get the maximum asking price for our house got us offers $100k over asking! She's really good at her job.
