We were looking at moving here a couple months ago and the experience was so bad, I would recommend staying far away from this place. We had made an appointment to view an apartment through the property’s own website, and showed up for said appointment only to find the leasing office completely empty and no one answering the phone. Couldn’t even get into the building, we stood waiting in the underground parking lot until a resident let us in (you need a keycard to access the elevator that takes you inside). We then waited for no exaggeration, 20 minutes as no one answered my calls. Then when the leasing agent finally picked up, I told her we were waiting in the lobby for our appointment to see the unit and she says she has no record of us having an appointment and that maybe something was wrong with their system. Finally she makes her way to meet us in the lobby, doesn’t even apologize that we quite literally waited for her for 20 minutes, just rudely repeats that she doesn’t have the appointment marked in her calendar, then proceeds to say that the unit we MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW won’t be ready for another 3 weeks when we had already spoken to someone on the phone prior to even booking this appointment who said the apartment WOULD be available for viewing. They actually did this multiple times throughout the maybe month long period we spent trying to see this specific unit. They also made multiple promises that they would email us more information on how to apply for the place even though we hadn’t even been able to see it, and even promised to email us videos of the unit, none of which ever happened. If that’s how they are with potential tenants I can’t even imagine how they are with people who are locked into a lease and already living there. And if you’re reading this from out of town, don’t move to LA, you’ll definitely regret it! People here are the...
Read moreHonestly one of the best apartment move-in and living experiences I have ever had. I have lived here for about 2 years and the apartment is spacious with great building amenities. The on-site front desk staff and maintenance workers are wonderful and very prompt in responding to emails. They are usually in my apartment the same-day or next-day to fix any maintenance issues (which are far and few like lightbulb changes or changing the refridgerator water filter). Janae at the front desk is especially so sweet and I can't say enough about how much she goes above and beyond to help residents feel comfortable. It is so important to have a welcoming presence when transitioning to a new place and she makes me feel like I am talking to family at home...
Read moreI love how spacious and well designed the units are. (THE BATHROOMS! GORGEOUS!) Giving it’s own unique layout and not like most apartments in LA that are small in size and not convenient. These apartment homes are definitely well thought out. I also love that it’s not your typical 25+ story high building w/ 500+ units. The area is perfectly located, pretty much in the heart of LA. Miracle Mile, definitely the place to be! Super impressed and excited that my current lease is ending soon. (Which parking is awful & no doggy park even close by. Ugh) This community is exactly what where...
