I ordered a 1 meat plate and a pulled pork sandwich while at the farmers market in CC.

I got overcharged, super dry meat, no sauce, and the 1 meat plate had a single slice of brisket… The food was maybe room temperature and overall a real letdown. The pulled pork was dry, no sauce, and got charged for a 2 meat plate. The Mac n cheese was cold and dry as well for both meals. They had no slaw as side or for the sandwiches. Was told this was supposed to be great bbq… and I have to say I was sadly disappointed at nearly every level.

The only highlight and only reason for even a 2 star is because the brisket tasted okay,...

Well I'll just say the brisket was wonderful, smoke ring perfect, flavor nice... Smokey.... with a pepper finish.... NO sauce, also had burnt ends which were on point, served w/ Mac & Cheese the top browned & cheesy w/ coleslaw.😁 Saw them walking thru the Santa Clarita Weds night farmers market at Sierra Hwy & Soledad, Jenn & Ali were serving, Jenn said we serve our BBQ w/out sauce but if you want sauce we have it...
