Target — Local services in San Fernando

My recent experience at Target on foothill was terrible. Someone named Dianne, claiming to be the Manager, did everything in her power to inconveniece me on a simple return. I highly doubt she was the Manager because her customer service is horrible. I recently bought some Beats Fit Pro. They didn't work, so i tried to return them. Dianne wouldn't accept my return without the sticker on the box. Even the charging dock has the same serial number as the receipt. She still made me go home and fish the sticker out of the trash. I went home and came back with requested sticker label. I was inside the store before closing. However, Dianne refused to exchange my Beats headphones. All she was willing to do was give me a refund. She wouldnt go get me another pair, and she refused to allow me to get them myself because it was closing time. I told her I didn't want to have to come back again it was already an inconvenience. She refused again and only offered me my money back. What an inconvenience! And what poor customer service. I will never shop at this target again. Seems like the "Manager" just wanted to go home and didnt want to bother to help a customer...

This review is specifically for Kassy at the guest services desk. She is very apathetic and unhelpful and shouldn’t be in that area of the business. Our first negative interaction was her prolonging the return of a new and unopened item (with receipt) and within the return window. She tried to find every excuse not to do the return. It was perplexing. Our most recent experiences have been related to pokemon. My 6 year old son recently got into it. I bring him after school a couple times a week so he can check if any are available. Kassy has been very unpleasant when it comes to this. Not only is she not helpful, but she goes out of her way to interrupt when another team member is being helpful. Plain in simple, it is toxic behavior. I am curious to know her motives. Does she want to save it for herself and/or friends? Does she dislike her job? Everyone else has been helpful in that department; it’s just...

This Target has definitely given this shopping zone a better look and feel. I've never shopped here, so I thought I'd give it a try. Since it's a new Target, it really does look nice from the outside. When I first walked in I was seeing RED. Which is expected when visiting Target, red tends to be everywhere. The store has an open feel, and is well lit and bright like most Targets. Overall, the store is a nice place to visit.

Target has always had quality home goods, so I looked at some of their bedding. The quality is as expected, and the price is right. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything that caught my eye.

One thing I'll definitely keep in mind, is when in need of undergarments, I can browse at THIS Target without assistance.
