Dear Starbucks Support
Iām writing to report an issue I experienced today with a mobile order that was never fulfilled.
I placed my order through the Starbucks app, and the estimated wait time was 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I didnāt have that much time, so after waiting for 5 minutes, I approached a staff member and asked to cancel the order, explaining that I was in a rush and couldnāt wait. I was told not to worry and that my order would be prepared right away.
I agreed to wait, as I had an important work meeting and truly couldnāt afford any more delays. After waiting another 10 minutes, my order was still not ready. I asked again, and they said it would be prepared now, but at that point, I had already spent over 15 minutes waiting and couldnāt stay any longer. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund.
In total, I spent more than 22 minutes waiting. I didnāt receive my order, I was not refunded, and my Starbucks Rewards points were deducted. I also missed a crucial work meeting due to this delay.
Please issue a refund for this order and return the deducted points to my account.

Cashier seemed clueless as to who was next to order. Finally I place an order for two drinks and one breakfast sandwich. I notice the people who came in around the time I did and after me getting their names called for their order. About 30 min had passed. Honestly, I didn't think nothing of it because it was crazy in there. I walk up to the counter because I see two drinks and a sandwich (which had been sitting there for awhile.) As I'm looking at the order, an employee tells me I have to wait for it to be complete and don't grab it until he calls my name. I clearly seen my name on it. So, I grabbed it and left. I got my drink at 10:10:19pm (time on the cup), so of course at the window you cant order new drinks so we get in line again. They girl says we are closed, we close early on Mondays, it was 10:12pm.
