Dear Starbucks Support I’m writing to report an issue I experienced today with a mobile order that was never fulfilled. I placed my order through the Starbucks app, and the estimated wait time was 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that much time, so after waiting for 5 minutes, I approached a staff member and asked to cancel the order, explaining that I was in a rush and couldn’t wait. I was told not to worry and that my order would be prepared right away. I agreed to wait, as I had an important work meeting and truly couldn’t afford any more delays. After waiting another 10 minutes, my order was still not ready. I asked again, and they said it would be prepared now, but at that point, I had already spent over 15 minutes waiting and couldn’t stay any longer. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. In total, I spent more than 22 minutes waiting. I didn’t receive my order, I was not refunded, and my Starbucks Rewards points were deducted. I also missed a crucial work meeting due to this delay. Please issue a refund for this order and return the deducted points to my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Order number #65814696

This Starbucks has been my go to place for the past three years. The staff has had stable leadership over those three years and their service has been consistently outstanding. I’ve developed many relationships and they know my name and my drinks. I even have some barista advisors for drink suggestions. It’s a large Starbucks. It’s not a drive-through but It still gets very busy in the morning and lunch.

Just stopped by to grab a cup of coffee. When I walk in, the first thing I noticed was the blaring Mexican music in all Spanish that was playing throughout the cafe; similar to that of a taco shop. I soon realized that I had the insatiable urge to do the 4 step Mexican Dance while yelling out a loud grito. This is not the type of atmosphere I’d want when walking into a Starbucks. Not impressed.

I stopped here early one morning on my way to work. As soon as I walk in, I felt the place was unorganized and packed. It truly was. People standing everywhere. Cashier seemed clueless as to who was next to order. Finally I place an order for two drinks and one breakfast sandwich. I notice the people who came in around the time I did and after me getting their names called for their order. About 30 min had passed. Honestly, I didn't think nothing of it because it was crazy in there. I walk up to the counter because I see two drinks and a sandwich (which had been sitting there for awhile.) As I'm looking at the order, an employee tells me I have to wait for it to be complete and don't grab it until he calls my name. I clearly seen my name on it. So, I grabbed it and left. Staff is poorly educated on customer service and organizing skills. I have not and will not be back to...

So unhappy. Yesterday I was inline at the drive thru for a very long time. Finally got our drinks, and we forgot to order a drink. I think i was in line for way over 30min. I got my drink at 10:10:19pm (time on the cup), so of course at the window you cant order new drinks so we get in line again. They girl says we are closed, we close early on Mondays, it was 10:12pm. I let them know we just ordered. Ans asked what time they closed. They say at 10pm. Smh. Online it says 10:30pm. They turned away 4 other customers, i couldn't get a name. This is not the first time they close early. Sometimes before 10. I just wonder if the manager or store owner knows??? I called to speak to someone right now and got hung up on. Not even a hello.
