Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in San Fernando

I often come into this Robeks to grab a quick snack or lunch. Of course we all know they have great smoothies, but I’ve also really come to enjoy the foods they offer. The selection is healthy and quick. One of my favorites is their avocado toast with eggs and vegetarian bacon. Also, I love to grab a quick açai bowl. The best thing about this location is the friendly service. Everyone I encountered here has been extremely friendly, even the owner Sergio. I was being extremely indecisive, trying to figure out my order. Unfortunately, I’m always this way lol. Even though I come here all the time, I’m always anxious to try something new. Sergio was super patient with me and even said that he is the exact same way when it comes to making up his mind about food, which immediately made me feel comfortable, as though I was not being an annoyance. He helped me select something that was perfect for my craving. So yummy!

Had one of the best experiences at Robeks that I have had in a long time. The customer service and quality of the food was outstanding. I was a little hesitant before walking in since I am not too familiar with juice and smoothie places but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Evelyn’s friendly and welcoming smile. She made me feel so at ease and answered all of my questions. She also took the time to explain the menu with detail and once I told her what I liked she had some great suggestions as to what she thought I should try. She was right on point, I loved the raspberry romance and the avocado toast paired with the egg. Evelyn was also very patient with my kids since they kept going back and forth as to what they wanted. I recently visited Robeks in Sylmar and had the pleasure of being assisted by Evelyn, and I must say, she provided exceptional service! From the moment I walked in, Evelyn greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to explain the menu and suggested some great options based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she made sure my smoothie was made exactly how I liked it.
