Ninfa's Flowers — Local services in Los Angeles

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my friend’s birthday (September 29th) and the surprise was absolutely ruined being delivered a month early (Today August 29th). I get mistakes happen but when it comes to a special occasion there’s no reason to not double check date on fulfillment. It was like pulling teeth to try to even get a partial refund, I spoke to Joe who wanted to drive back to my friend’s house and grab the flowers AFTER she was already told they were delivered. Then he offered to send the same bouquet on her birthday? This was an awful experience and not only was her surprise ruined but I was absolutely heartbroken. The only ‘good’ thing that happened was getting a partial refund. Extremely disappointed with how high the reviews are to experience this. Do better. I did NOT authorize for the flowers to be retrieved, nor did I authorize for a full refund. I had to agreed to a partial refund and the flowers to stay where they are. I need the owner to contact me asap please I didn’t not authorize for the flowers to be taken back after verifying the partial refund and delivery...

I rarely write reviews but I cannot say enough great things about Joe. I placed a order online for flowers and being based on the east coast and 3 hours ahead, I wanted to make sure the delivery was perfect and called to make sure the order was confirmed.

My order was originally a surprise for a friend staying in the hospital nearby. Joe immediately reached out to me notifying me that delivery was unable to be made as she was discharged, he even made the offer to refund me my purchase and made sure to communicate even with the time difference. I was able to provide him with the new address and delivery was finally made a day later, the recipient was so ecstatic with the surprise and loved the flowers.

Such an amazing small business and I will continue to support this business whenever I'm in the LA area....

I brought my own balloons and was charged 40 dollars to fill up 38 balloons first they had said 37 dollars then they told me they had to charge me taxes for whatever the reason and most of them popped on my way out the guy said it was because it was hot and that ones I walk out he dosent guarantee the balloons that is crazy he could of said that in the first place come to mind the balloons keept popping ones inside the car then I tell him how messed up it is that they are popping and they didn't even care he still had the audacity to take a picture of my plates when I was driving away like YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES WHO...
