I live overseas and this is the second time I have used Ode à la Rose to send a bouquet of flowers to family in Maryland near Washington DC. The recipients are delighted with the quality of the flowers and the style of the bouquets and their lasting freshness. As the sender I find the service excellent. The order is tracked carefully from the start to the end of the process and delivery is confirmed with a photo of the home the flowers have been delivered to. Although it is a bit expensive I would rather pay more for a service I can rely on 100% that guarantees quality products. My stars are for the floral arrangement and choice of flowers it was modern and beautiful. However the lavender roses were starting to turn brown around the edges of the petals and it just did not look fresh. I just got these flowers on Friday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon they look like they are dying. Usually I love getting flowers in the mail. It’s exciting and special.
