Well, were positive moments but overall so bad that we won't visit this place again and ideally won't recommend it for any of our close friends. 2 star for the bouncers only that kids love so much and had fun however too short time ((( We've paid really good money for 10 kids with a pack of 25 for $600 + extra that we kinda liked like glow party was really fun, ended $780 sth + we've left around $50 tip hopefully for the helper who was running in between rooms for us. Kids liked bouncers overall but wanted more that we haven't been allowed due to money making by that place that is on priority in this place. And we actually are ready to pay more to have sth more convenient for us not to be in rush so that many important things have been forgotten at all. BUT ORGANIZATIONS is really really bad with a conveyer without possibility to go to the party room almost at all. We're the host who has our kid's birthday vision not yours. We need time to prepare everything how we dreamed not how you do for everyone the same! Saturday was really busy with the party right in front of us and right behind us...really packed, no possibility to breath, stop to think and don't forget sth important that was on mind. So our birthday kid didn't get presents direct from his guests, we saw them in a huge plastic bag at home only! They're making so much money but first bouncer in a first room had a hole we felt wind out of it, party room throne is really old - guys really for such big money you make? Please update them! Or poor people who still visit you. Don't buy photo option at all. Our images made on our phones are much much better. Out of hundreds made images we took 18 maybe still not perfect. Waist of time and money! Just ask one of your relatives take some pics. No pics of whole family, or birthday kid with cake at all, really??? One of the most important moments of the birthday and no one image with cake???? Juice and everything for the table was included into the package we paid but because party was Dinosaur themed we've brought our decoration expected to decorate using ours for kids and using paid included for adults as they are simple and have pump it up logo. We've mentioned that a few times but NOT - they've used everything ours ant theirs even didn't spend at all even juice for kids - JUST OURS! Are you kidding me? We've paid, included in the package and didn't get????? Glow party is amazing but they give just a few glow decoration so we bought 200 more different including glow balloons that we've mentioned many times as well and again NO WE DIDN'T GET WHAT WE NEEDED. Glow room was poor with a few glow objects and we were spending our and guests time to blow glow balloons for kids....REALLY FRUSTRATED! And this is time we spent instead of enjoying our son's birthday! THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY HERE! Unfortunately we didn't find a better place that would be not so far by that time! And we didn't expect it will be...

Although our personal experience was average, 3 starts I am giving it 4 starts, because you can make it good if you follow this tips: Be sure to pay extra to get to Glow Room, it’s fun and kids loved it. Bring your own decorations - table cloths with your theme, plates and napkins, and whatever you may need, they Do Not Provide any of that, even if you think they do, when they ask you for a theme and a character for your party and say that they provide everything and you will end up with nothing but plain Costco plates and old naked tables with no tablecloth of any kind. Bring your own speakers if you want some music on the room where you will spend one hour out of two hours of your experience. The TVs in those rooms don’t work and there is no music. Specify to your host/hosts that you like them to be with your party the whole time (we had to keep asking to turn on the music in the room where kids jump, as the music seem to be turning off after every song or two). We also had to serve our pizza on our own when people ate the first slice. Specify that you want them to serve the pizza Hot, so they don’t order it too early. (Ours was ice cold). Order at least 1-2 extra pizzas right away, in addition to whatever is included with a package and go with more cheese and less pepperoni. Specify right away that you need help with carrying the presents to your car in the end of the party. If you adding a character to your package specify that you want them to engage with kids a lot, not just walk around in the costume, if that is what you want. Overall, the place was very clean, the staff was super friendly and kids had fun, but had i known this tips ahead our experience Could have been sooooo much better and more fun. This place is horrible don’t trust them to service your child’s special day. They are nothing, but rude and unprofessional they stole my grandsons gifts along with a special card with money in it. We prepared long and hard for my 3 year old grandsons gift for the past months, we shopped for special items to make his birthday memorable for him. Only to come to this place we trusted! The owner was quick to take our bags out of our hands the minute we walked in! The gifts were secured in two huge bags, to find out later they we’re stolen and he denied that they were taken. We asked him to play his cameras and also denied to help us! He yelled and said we didn’t take your dam gifts! We’ll just so you know they were far from gone! The special time we wanted to reserve for our grandson was ruined by the owner and this staff! Later to claim they gave our gifts to another family! In the first place our gifts were all together in two huge bags, how is it that they went to the extent to go into the bags and give supposedly to another family! Lies, they’re thieves! They clearly saw they were valuable items and took them! Ruined a little 3 years old boys birthday and our guests after the behavior and disrespect they demonstrated. This place is very disappointing to know they service children happiest times of their lives! And behave on this manner is disgusting and should be shared with the public...
