Worst socal FBO I have encountered yet. Have been to this FBO three times now and each time have failed to fill up my airplane as requested. And then charged the handling fee for not buying fuel. This is the worst FBO I have been to at any airport in the entire United States. Call for fuel and they constantly tell you “they’re on the way” when they are in fact not on the way. 3 hours later you might get fuel, maybe you won’t. On top of that, the people working the phones are rude and take zero accountability for lying about wait times. Words cannot describe how horrible...

Very poor communication from front desk to line service regarding inbound requirements. It took a long time to get the fuel truck to swing by. Once I made a fuss, they made an effort, but when you’re buying 500 gallons of jet fuel, you shouldn’t have to beg for it. In 30 years of using Signature, it was not a very good example. Never had any problems with Signature East on...
