Signature Aviation VNY East - Van Nuys Airport — Local services in Los Angeles

Signature is the worst FBO in the world. If I could leave a negative star review I would. They constantly lie about fuel deliveries always ensuring “it’s on the way” when it’s far from that. 3-4 hour long wait times for fuel which causes already low paid CFI’s to make even less money because they have to cancel lessons or just wait for an eternity (all unpaid time) simply because they can’t get fuel on time. I don’t understand how this company even stays in business with this...

Flew to Signature Van Nuys East on a business trip. Nice facilities, but just could not get our plane refueled…they did not seem busy…lots of people standing around…after 45 waiting for fuel, we decided to take off and get fuel somewhere else….very disappointing as we are a tenant at Scottsdale Arizona with a fleet of 14 aircraft…they fuel us quickly, even when they are busy, which this location was not. Missed when it was managed by Petersen Aviation and handled by Cesar Vizcarra, he was the greatest high quality ground handling ,refueling food and coffe service anywhere at KVNY. not to mention the resting facilities for pilots and crew. being there was like being on vacation at a Mediterranean Spaniard resort.
