Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ok so I don't eat Popeyes anymore I use to really enjoy eating there it's a little pricy but was worth it the last two time I've gone last time at the location on sepulveda and Chatsworth this time at this location I had wait a very long time last time almost half hour this time about 20mins just to get food that taste like it has been sitting under a heat lamp forever it's not edible after spending over $15 for 3 small pieces of chicken a drink some mash potatoes and a biscuit the only thing I could eat was the biscuits and mashed potatoes to top it off the employees were beyond rude and ignored me for almost 10 mins with out as much as a I'll be right with you just looked at me and kept doing what ever else they were doing I will never go back anyone whos thinking about it I would highly recommend not wasting your money and go somewhere else it's not worth the wait money and probably getting sick from eating old food you have been warned! Oh and to top it off I was sitting at a table waiting when I got up to ask when it would be ready some lady sat where I was sitting and left my drink and took the table I was sitting at I don't speak Spanish and had to just let it go grab my drink and stand up and wait some people are rude and disgusting individuals worst experience ever ! What is wrong with people

To add to my review from earlier I got really sick from the few bites of chicken I did have I've thrown up twice and if I get worse I'll probably go to the doctor I'm definitely reporting this place to county heath inspectors if I'm this sick from a few bites and I've never ate there before I'm willing to bet a lot of other people have had the same thing done to them it's not longer a matter of wasted time and money it's not a public health and safety concern and I hope they get a ton of fines and shit down worst experience the way I see it this place stole almost $20 from me and got me sick they shouldn't be in business places like this don't care about anything except profits and don't care who they hurt to get it my only hope is that that gets shut down just look how gross this chicken is

Just got a reply from Popeyes.,....I will never in a billion years not if you paid me not for any reason would I ever consider stepping on foot in that place after being ignored having to wait that long just to get as sick as I got I don't even care that it cost more then most places the money isnt the issue it's the fact that I haven't been able to eat or do anything this weekend I can't remember the last time I felt this sick hopefully knowing they have a visit from Heath and safety coming will make them stop serving food that's old and toxic my only hope is that they get shut down and no one else has to go through what I did truly one of the worst experience I've had in years and after reading other reviews they obviously know and are aware of the issue and do noting to fix it they should be held criminally liable for allowing it to continue to happen to good people people that did nothing wrong but decided to have food there ..,.you have been...

I don't know why I bother walking into this store at all. I have been in here four or five times in a row and they either did not have what I wanted or when they did have it available, they were charging outrageous prices. I want to order the Tuesday special which is legs and thighs for 2.99 on Tuesdays. Every time I've gone in on a Tuesday for the past couple months, they have always, I repeat always, been out of spicy chicken legs and thighs. I could come in at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, 5 o'clock in the evening, or 9 PM just before they close and it's always the same story. "Sorry we are out of spicy chicken for the Tuesday special. We have mild." I always walk out. Because the mild chicken is trash. The spicy is the only reason anybody comes into Popeyes. I tried going in on a Wednesday, and lo and behold, they had plenty of spicy legs and thighs. So I asked "how much is the Tuesday special if I order it today?" They told me 12.99. Utterly ridiculous to pay over 4X the price so of course I walk out. Obviously, whoever runs the store is not smart enough to order and make more spicy chicken on Tuesdays when they run the special. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one because I'm sure other people not ordering the Tuesday special could still find...

I ordered a 16 piece family sized meal with two mac and cheese and one mashed potato. I wanted all dark meat no breast but the server wanted mixed which I didn’t want breast. Then can I order without breast then the server said I gonna be a wait in which I waited 45 minutes which is fine. When I got got my order then didn’t listen when they put breast in my order. Nobody at home eats the breast which I’m disappointed...
