I got a flat tire at 8 a.m. and had a very important meeting at 9:30. I didn’t have a spare tire and was sure I’d be late. I called 5–7 mobile tire services near me — no one answered except Matthew.

He immediately asked the right questions, gave me a clear price quote, and an honest ETA. While others said 30 minutes to 2 hours, Matthew promised 20–25 minutes. Honestly, I didn’t believe it — but he showed up right on time!

He removed my tire in less than 5 minutes, drove to a shop, fixed it, came back within 20 minutes, and reinstalled it in just a few minutes. This wasn’t just great service — it was outstanding attitude and urgency. He saw I was in a rush and worked like lightning.

Because of him, I made it to my meeting on time. Then later, he even texted me to make sure I arrived safely! When I asked how I could tip him, he said: “It’s okay — your satisfaction is my goal.”

We got a flat tire and called quick and easy roadside assistance, where Matthew answered and inspected our tire and said we had to get a new one. Matthew then started calling local tire shops to find us a good tire at a reasonable price. Thereafter he went out to get the new tire and came back and installed it. He was very nice and helpful. If you ever get a flat tire, I would highly recommend calling this company...
