just when I figured the new owner/management would carry on with the reputable service I had been receiving for decades....Boom...Let me say things have changed. The area is now congregated by vagrants. The parking area is littered with trash on many days I visit. Bottom line, just several hours ago after turning in a few tickets, it dawned on me the clerk that cashed the tickets took me for a ride. Only after several hours did I realize my gross short change. The clerk is a male Asian that claims to live in The Valley. Rather short with a thin mustache. Could be I've made a mistake but this is not my first rodeo purchasing and cashing in lottery tickets. Wasn't my best experience. Had to repeat order several times. Wanted me to take whatever they gave me. Asked for a jelly donut the rest glaze and twisters. Tried to give me a mixed variety.
