Chef Leslie serves up everything from delectable organic cha soba salad to the freshest sashimi to simple Japanese comfort food like yakitori, all consistently excellent. For paella this good I’d have to recommend a trip to Barcelona. You’re not going to find Catalan tomato bread closer to home. Need to leave a roomful of clients with a favorable impression? Serve them up memorable mini caviar pies (a personal favorite) and pork sliders. Ever tried Thai bouillabaisse with mussels, prawns and calamari? You owe it to yourself. Staging a Casablanca-themed get-together? Chef Leslie’s Tagine of Chicken with preserved lemons is better than anything you’ll get at Rick’s Cafe short of a kiss from Ingrid Bergman and a rendition of “As Time Goes By.”

Read moreFrom the moment Leslie picked up the phone when I initially inquired to the moment we said goodbye in front of a spotless kitchen, Leslie took a lovely evening and made it exceptional. I wanted to throw a Spanish themed party for my uncle turning 89. We had a wide range of guests from 13 years old to 89. Every single person was blown away not only by the taste but by the presentation and thoughtfulness. Leslie also has a very welcoming energy so guests were excited to share their food experience directly with her. Leslie worked with me to design a menu that took into consideration our culinary needs and restrictions. Our menu consisted of a seafood paella, warm Catalan bread, assorted olives, beautiful beef meatballs, an extraordinary Potato and egg tortilla and the very best surprise of the evening which was a vegan Marbella (a turn on a classic chicken dish) that consisted of veggies stewed in a plum and wine sauce. Capped with a binge worthy sangria, homemade ice cream and fruit, the evening was perfect. Thank you again Leslie for making this moment to magical for my uncle and for me and my husband. I've eaten Leslie's food for about 15 years, she's always had the gift, and innate skills across a vast cultural array. Her studies, travels and experience now put her top tier, with menus traditional to vegetarian to wackyfun, and ever expanding. Also a huge plus - Leslie knows that food can be medicine. She's studied the body's ecology, can work out food plans that aid digestive health. As a holistic healer I can tellya, the gut is your whole system's center, the hearth of your home, Leslie prepares all my meals loosely based on gut health. I order about 4, 5 days of Sublime Cuisine at a time, meals and mixmatch options, which I then refrigerate or freeze depending on my schedule and appetite. Leslie has a list of my likes and donts, then I trust her with the rest. It's exciting to see what she comes up with, so I look forward to meals, which helps me eat regularly.
