So sad and dissapointed!!!! I emailed to store on January 18 2019 to ask if item from website still for sale, i got reply from Marie, this is her answer :

Two weeks later, after i came back from my business trip from NY i decided to purchase this bag, but in order to be sure that is still for sale i decided to call to the store and ask if bag is still for sale. Having phoned to the store, the worker politely introduced herself and asked how can I help you? I asked if I could buy this bag on the site and is it available for purchase? She called me a FRAUD without any explanation. Honestly, I was shocked. No one has ever allowed this to happen. After this incident, i wrote a letter to the shop owner, Marie, and explained to her what had happened. Having understood the situation, she replied to my letter and politely gave me a 10% discount. After that I decided to place an order. I paid for the bag on the site using my verified and confirmed PAYPAL account. And what do you think happened next? The surprises are not over.

Early in the morning I received an email from her saying that my payment was canceled. Honestly, I was shocked again. Because my paypal is legit and fully verified. Then I asked her to reserve this handbag, because I already promised to give my daughter a birthday present. She was waiting for this gift. Referring to the fact that I am in Miami, I said that my friend would be able to come to the store to pay for it and pick it up. Store owner Marie didn't answer me anything and today I was again surprised. I received an email from this store that the bag was sold, and we wish you all the best. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Honestly, I never expected in my life that people who call themselves professionals can do this to people. I let my daughter down!!!!! As a result i received only insults from store workers and waste of my time.I am very disappointed and strongly DO NOT recommend visiting this store, Because there is a chance that you would be insulted and humiliated without explanation of the reason !!!! I SUBSCRIBE UNDER EACH WORD AND I CAN DOCUMENTALLY PROVIDE THE ALL EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THIS SHOP !!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HUMILIATION...

Horrible will not go back. Lie after lie about taking in a shoe. Was quoted one price on the phone arrived there with the shoes and the return if the item sold was less. Then it was said they couldn't sell the shoe because a platform Louboutin was out of season yet the store is in California. Now understand the girl assisting said the shoe was too worn. 2 different stories stating the revenue return would be different. Not sure how you wear a red bottom without walking off some of the red. Not really a big deal but don't play people for fools or judge a book by it's cover. You really did not want to open the front door. We know exactly why you did what you did Karen 1 and Karen 2 store manager. One last thing now you are in a community generally complaining about the way people treat you, yet you are PROFILERS, right? Perhaps you thought the shoe was fake. All you needed to do was ask to see the receipt in the bag. AlSO, OWNER don't try to clean this up with a CYA comment for customer reviews. You should train better and hire better knowing many people struggle with being good to others. LET US PRAY! Again, don' t respond. So I went about a month ago and forgot to leave a review! I am from out-of-state (Texas specifically) and was in the LA area for a few weeks. I decided to do some Christmas shopping for my mom back home and went to a trusted friend (Google) to do some research on shops with vintage clothes for women. That's when I found Recess. I am so happy I did. I browsed their online store before going to the physical site. I was set on getting a necklace, but after seeing it in person I decided it wouldn't fit my mom's style. The person working there (I am bad with names, sorry!) went out of their way to suggest other accessory items and I finally settled on a pair of Rochas sunglasses. They have such a beautiful collection from upscale clothing, shoes, and purses to beautiful jewelry. Also the people working here are super friendly! My mom has definitely been enjoying being the only person in our small city rocking the sunglasses.
