My furry friend Bubby and I absolutely love coming to Pan Pacific Park daily. We always come first thing in the mornings around 530-6Am. This is the best time for us because the traffic bother human and doggies is down to a minimum. Bubby can be a very shy guy at times so this walk time is for just him and I alone. However come night fall on our nightly walk before he and I head home to relaxe and head to bed, we stop by Pan Pacific Park one last time for the day and this walk is all for him and his pup buddies new and old. Everyone is just so kind and respectful of it being for the dogs and also kids and basketball leagues and soccer games and so much more different types of activities. You can relaxe and sit or tan on the grass you can also enjoy a nice small picnic cookout on one of the many grills stationed all across the park. Or maybe a small campfire to roast some yummy s'mores on even and tell campfire stories while everyone enjoys their sweets. The park maintains the whole area to such a great extent from one side to the next. I'm particularly excited about the community swimming pool I saw over near the library side of the park. I'm also pleased to see that they have a couple of areas for children to play on some infrastructures. Also a few bathrooms located on a couple different sides of the park. This park has a spot for any and everyone looking for somewhere to go to get some clean fresh air and definitely some vitamin D. Especially after maybe shopping for the day over in the grove right next door to this park. So wether you have a dog or kid or want to join a pickup game or maybe just make some friends out getting a little nature like yourself. I couldn't recommend Pan Pacific Park enough. So make sure to add it to your trips itinerary or your weekend must visit spots so you're able to come see it's wonderful and beautiful attributes all...

Read moreWe love Pan Pacific park. Located on Miracle Mile which is in the middle of Los Angeles. Next to the Farmers Market & Grove. And Lacma Museum and Tar Pitts. It has different park areas with recreation. There is a toddler area with sand and swings and such. Another one with picnic tables and benches (great for birthdays). Weekends are crowed with people barbecuing. Lots of families and people working out. They have different areas to play all kinds of sports. Overall is a gem in LA. My complains are people littering , dogs with no leash (big ones), bikers going too fast around kids area (including birds from Uber) and no security monitoring the park, I'm fully aware of the homeless issue and I understand some of them are peaceful and just need a place to rest. No complains on that but lately they all started to camp behind the library next to the park with pitbulls and such and they litter the area quite a bit, the bathrooms are a mess at the park. And I wouldn't recomend bring your kids there. Use the library bathroom instead. Today there was some crazy guy I. The bathroom screaming, homeless with mental issues around the kids is a liability and a danger to them. I wish they had a security team monitoring the park. I saw some people using drugs too and it should be a park for recreation and families not for drug users. Might be time to start a petition to ask for security guys...
