Beautiful planters and other household goods but much pricier than other nurseries for planters of any kind as well as delivery (starts at $75 as opposed to $45 at Mickey Hargitay or $30 at Sunset Nursery). Less robust selection of plants than the other two as well. Service is inconsistent -- people start helping you and then transition to doing multiple other tasks mid-way through. For that price point, service should at least be attentive/hands on.

Rolling Greens does one thing very well - if you are not price sensitive and want a beautifully designed succulent arrangement, their arrangement boutique is one of the easiest ways to get something stunning and customized built for you. Likely great for businesses, events and wedding arrangements.

I walked in because I wanted a new plant. I was in there for 15 mins and was hoping for a customer service staff member to at least say hi. I went to stand at the desk so I could get assistance. A staff member (appearing to be the manager) glanced at me and seemingly tried to avoid eye contact and walked right past. 2 other women were greeted after I’d been standing at the desk. Still no one has said even one word to me. Then the customer service staff member asks a woman if he can help her… I’m still standing at the desk! He then also says hello to another woman, I haven’t had so much as someone make eye contact with me!! I hate to use the race card but I can’t help but to think that’s what it was. I’m a woman of color so I guess that makes me invisible… and everyone else was white. Rushed Service and Unclear Return Policies – Shop Carefully

I’ve visited the Rolling Greens West Hollywood location multiple times, and unfortunately the service is consistently lacking. The staff are always busy, rarely offering more than a few rushed minutes before moving on, even if you have questions or need assistance. It’s hard to get genuine help or attention, and you end up feeling like an afterthought rather than a valued customer.

BE AWARE OF THEIR RETURN POLICIES! They do NOT give refunds, and this is not posted in the store or explained before purchasing. After you’ve paid, you might be told that your items are “on consignment” and therefore non-refundable, which is never made clear beforehand. It’s extremely frustrating and feels dishonest.
