Terribly ran store. Manager has zero customer service experience, and it shows. The other employees are mostly high school age.
I came in to return 3 items (cat and jack) for my 8 year old because she out grew them very quickly. The manager says he won’t return my items, that people have miss used the return policy for cat & cat?….. I was extremely confused and explained I have the receipts, it is within the time frame, I use my app and I have a target credit card…. the other times I’ve returned anything elsewhere I’ve never had any issues. Ever! He said “you can do the returns at those locations.” No problem with me. I walked out. Idk if the manager is on a power trip or maybe has never been an actual manager before, but Ive never left any target a negative review, and I’ve been to hundreds of locations. So it’s unfortunate a store with a great location has such a terrible manager. I will make sure to never support this location again based on this experience.
If the owner or manager sees this review, please educate your staff and yourselves on your own company policies. It makes you look extremely foolish.
The Target on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills is MUCH BETTER!!! Definitely worth the drive from Encino.

Your associates saw me drive up and began having a full on conversation without alerting another service member that I was there and waiting. Had I not entered the store and requested my order, would I have received it by your store's closing(10pm)? Your app claimed, after 10 minutes of my waiting (unusual experience for me while waiting for Target drive up orders), that there was an unusual number of guests and that that would delay my order before I demanded help. Upon entering your store, I saw no shortage of available customer associates. Your store is a joke. It was my first time coming, and IT WILL BE MY LAST!
Anyone reading this should avoid this store as it does, as previous reviewers stated, look like it has limited stock. And, based on my experience, has poor customer service! TERRIBLE! I can't believe the nerve of your associates to look at me as if they were LOST! It's sad that they did not see how poorly they managed a regular Target customer! Encino will not receive one more cent from ME! I only came there because they had boxes of Tylenol Cold...
Read moreI had asked about the 2 limit trading card policy. And I even looked up prior to coming. It shows online that its 2 trading card per sku number. So I should be able to buy 2 different packs and 2 trading card per packs right. For example, I should be able to get 2 one piece trading card packs and 2 marvel Spiderman cards. But Jason the store manager just arrived. And I didnt even get to ask him the question before he completely shot me down. He didnt have to be rude. He could have been sincere. I get it if you deal with people coming in everyday but he decided to be rude and not even show any compassion towards a customer who is asking a simple question about the store policy.
