The worst experience ever! The bud tender’s personality was dead, she lack knowledge of math and percentages, poor customer service, during my selection we were treated terrible based on who we are and finally on the amount I was spending. After a comment of distasteful treatment was expressed “I won’t be coming back”, The bud tender commented “We don’t want you back here” and decided to disrespect us as if customer service wasn’t for Blacks, and acted as if she was gangsta, bouncing around behind the counter snatching display items from the counter with a cellphone phone in her other hand threatening take pictures and call the police, with trespassing (really, we were there to buy), while trying to use whatever education she had to run her mouth with no sense, she began backtracking out of the store room based on her behavior, when her manager came out, on top of being disrespectful while lacking manners, math and the ability to communicate appropriately with Black...

Been going here a few time a week for a few months and easily spent over a grand so i would think im a regular. Went in 10/30/20 and when it was my turn to go in back to make purchase i wasn't buzzed in. I motioned for girl at counter to buzz me in a few times but she didn't until the security guard walked up behind me and walked into back with me. This armed security then hoovers around me while i wait next in line. As im making a purchase he stands in the back corner watching as if i was a threat. After i exited store and drove back past the front i could see security sitting back checking people in at the front of the store which is the only place they normally sit. My own military, security and life experience let me know i was being profiled but i have no idea why. They ran my ID upon me entering and seen my history as a regular customer so why today act as if you think i came to rob the place....
