I will never their services again They rented our company some faulty equipment to hold 4 LED lights which was to will be use for our red carpet event and because the conditions of the poles were so bad and jammed shut ob one of the poles we couldnt use the lights at all making our repeat and step very dim so lit the area as best we could using a basic spotlight from our camera crew.

We contacted Emperial 40 mins before the red carpet to inform them about the problem and to request an adjustment to the invoice and the general manager so mean lady call us names, said we were lying, told us to bring it LA now when we was in Orang County and after her yelling at two people over the phone, she hung up the phone. The owner of the store called from another number trying to clean up her mess and agreed to a refund.

Today we arrived at Emperial to return the items and the bill adjustment. And when I tell you that the general manager treated my CEO like a slave, telling him to shut up and requesting pictures and yelling and even threaten to call the cops if we didn't let her talk. After a brief yelling match she yells out Stand Outside and Wait for your paperwork. My boss stood by the door as she requested while she called him every name is the dirty dictionary. 15 mins later he couldnt take it any more and he open the door and yelled how long was he supposed to stand in the hot sun waiting on a receipt. She flip the bird and yelled wait longer. We have never been treat like this in over 25 year of events and the pure racism towards my boss was so sickening that we told all our media friends and production friend about this woman.

We plead with you not to do business with this company. She even ask us to have our friends remove their yelp reviews for a refund. See that's a real dushbag with no customer service skills but the hatred she has for people of color was very shocking when she too was...

Wish I could give a one star. Horrible customer service. We rented a pink carpet runner, which they said themselves, never gets rented out. We came from OC to pick up on a date we agreed a head of time of our original pick up, thought how great that they are willing to let us do that, but they didn't tell us no one was there until after a certain time. Wasted trip. Still ended up picking up the original date, we ran about 20 min. late due to traffic and called them. They didn't like to have to wait on their customers. And now, as we need to return it to them, asked if we could return 1 day later to save a trip to LA. Nope, they have done enough for us. LOL. They waited 20 min. when we had to pick up, that's all they've done. And now want to charge a half day rental for an item they said never gets rented. Look, I have a business, I understand policy and procedure. But if you don't have excellent customer service, you have an attitude, you don't put the phone on mute and I can hear you complaining about me and then can't take a simple request for an item you have sitting around anyway into consideration, I have not choice BUT to give you a negative review. Won't be coming back and definitely not recommending...

Imperial Party Rentals did a fantastic job setting up for our wedding of 130 guests! It was a difficult venue on the sand at Venice Beach consisting of 19 tents, 13 round banquet tables with umbrellas, and 260 folding chairs for the tables and a ceremony area mid-beach.

In the months leading up to the wedding, Maricela capably worked with me to specify and recommend the items necessary to achieve my vision for the event and was always positive when we made change after change. The set-up personal arrived on time Saturday morning, communicated well, and were flexible to set-up per the colored stakes marking the sand. When it was hotter than expected that morning they did not complain. Audrey jumped in to help out when need be. The pick-up at night was done thoroughly such that the sand was left in pristine condition complying with the County permit.

I can't say enough how thankful I was to use Imperial. In previous years I have used larger multi-divisional rental companies for large events, but I will always us Imperial in the future due to their personalized care and...
