Antonio Cobos of San Gabriel Contractor used the license and insurance bond of owner John Liang's company, license holder for JLF Construction, LLC, to incorrectly do the work and could not fix his errors of cracks in the stucco, despite trying 3 times. Called John Liang who initially said that Antonio was his partner and he was aware of Antonio' s company San Gabriel Contractor. When I pointed out the incorrect work done by Antonio, operated under his company San Gabriel contractor under the same license as JLF Construction, LLC , John then got flustered and changed Antonio, whom he called "Tony" from partner to employee. When I pointed out that Tony did the substandard work and damage to my home as an employee of John and under his license, making him liable, John said that he would make sure the repairs were going to be redone correctly and that he would sent over his workers and provide a new contract assessment with his own company logo so that the payment would go to him. He asked me not to file a complaint about his license being used by his employee by under another company's name if he did this. I just wanted my house fixed correctly, so I agreed. Unfortunately, he lied to me, did not supply a contract, did not send workers, and then told me to go ahead and file a complaint, which I am doing.
