I recently visited your store and encountered some confusion regarding the use of coupons and discounts, which I would like to bring to your attention.

During my visit, I noticed a sign stating, "LIMIT ONE COUPON/DISCOUNT PER PERSON PER ORDER." Based on this wording, I understood that it is permissible to use one coupon per person for each separate order. However, when I attempted to use another coupon on a separate order, I was informed by the manager that I could not use another offer on the same day, not even during a subsequent visit. According to the manager, I would need to wait until the next day to use another coupon or discount.

While I understand and respect your store's policies and the right to refuse service, I find this policy to be extremely restrictive and not clearly communicated by the current sign. The sign's wording does not adequately convey the extent of the limitation, leading to potential confusion and customer dissatisfaction.

To improve clarity and enhance customer experience, I suggest the following revised wording for the sign:

"LIMIT ONE COUPON/DISCOUNT PER PERSON PER DAY"

This wording explicitly states the daily limitation on coupon and discount use, ensuring that customers are fully aware of the policy before attempting to use multiple offers. Clear and precise communication will help prevent misunderstandings and enhance the overall satisfaction of your valued customers.

Grilled taco combo was nothing to rave about. The filling of taco left you feeling,where is my meat? We ordered our food and I went to go to the bathroom. I passed by a man in a wheelchair in line behind me. 2 all gender bathrooms. 1 indicated vacant. I pulled the handle. It was locked. Back to the counter to have them open door and back to the bathroom to wait for it to open. I'm pulling and pulling.The door is not opening.Back to the counter to tell the guy the door is not opening. The employee watches me go around to the door again. Now wheelchair guy is at the bathroom and he wants to use the bathroom. The guy in the other restroom hears me out there saying door won't open and he says, give me a few minutes I will be right out. I wasn't trying to get in that door, but now the wheelchair guy is at the door and is positioned in where I was first to get in the bathroom. Guy in the bathroom says they only let you use one bathroom. The other they use for employees. I noticed it is not marked employees. I go back to the counter. A different employee I tell about the bathroom. She says the one bathroom is for employees. The man comes out of the other bathroom. Wheelchair guy goes in. Our food is ready,I am still waiting on the bathroom..We eat our food (2 taco combo and fries), we get a refill on drinks.Get up to leave restaurant and now wheelchair guy is coming out of the restaurant about 15 minutes later. I'm out. Never will...

I went today at 4:00 a.m. and when I got to the window he told me that they were closed and I asked why and he told me they just simply are so I told him then what's the point of the 24 hours so then I left and I waited because there was a car right behind me and he ended up giving the car behind me an order so I came back and I told him I was like how is it that you're giving him an order and he was like it's pick up only I was like but it doesn't say that it says it's 24 hours not just pick up only until he told me I'm not going to argue with you it's only pick up so then I leave and I go to my door dash and you can choose pickup I literally ordered for pickup and he made me my order what was the point of me making all these extra steps when he could have just made my order at the window and how I keep seeing on every review it was the same skinny dude with tattoos all over his body and face.....this has happened more than 10x and yet still the same issue I don't think you guys are actually doing anything since it's consistently been going on for a long time..... Truly...
