If I could give them ZERO STARS I would . Rainbow has a particular style of regular tshirts that I like . So I went in to purchase those and a blazer which I put on lay away because I only came in with a card that didn’t have enough to cover the whole purchase . I did this on a Wednesday came back Friday only a few days later . I had found a better fitting blazer and asked them to remove from the lay away Miguel told me just purchase the layaway in full and go to the manager for a refund . First she says okay it’s going to be store credit, I’m like for what , she states because it’s past the 7 days , i say whoa it has not been 7 days it’s been 3 and I haven’t even left the store . Then she say your write and tries to be slick and have me sign a Merchandise credit . . Actually per their policy it would have been a $10 restocking fee (not technically because is still made a purchase ) . Anyways they got the right one today . After I call and give corporate a piece of my mind I will speak with CONSUMER AFFAIRS about their policies and business practices. I got time today . And over 500k views on my Google Reviews . Read moreI went to visit this store like I do all the time. I’m a regular customer at this store. All times I’ve been there I was never follow in the store. They let me walk around look at clothes in peace. But today I was follow around by a short Hispanic male that work there. I told him to stop following me and he turn around stating that he wasn’t following me. But when I went to other side of the store he was there. This tall black lady name Misty who claim she was a supervisor said he wasn’t following me that he just doing his job. So let me guess his job is to follow me around the store making me feel uncomfortable. Them there was black young lady standing in middle of the store eyeing me as well. I know people steal but you can’t treat every customer that’s come into store as a suspect. It’s wrong and will cause the store to lose customer. The manager need to re-evaluate and train their staff at this store on how to treat customer and give them some privacy and let them shop at peace without feeling like they being follow...
Read moreThe cashier was RUDE and very unprofessional. When I stepped to the counter she said "uh uh dis return gone take to long Im bout to go".... The manager told her to do the return and she sucked her teeth, huffed and puffed durring the whole transaction. I informed her in the begining the card I made the purchase on was lost, she paid no attention to what I said, and asked me to insert the card for the return. I said once again I didnt have it. She didnt give me the option to receive store credit, or to exchange my items, she handed the items back and said " you gone have to come back with the card" and walked off.
