Been to this location many times, only giving 4 stars because it really depends [who's working] as to how your experience goes. Only a couple regular workers have that "can make coffee in their sleep" thing going on and are on point with making the customer feel welcomed. Others usually kinda wing it, which is understandable especially if the're in training but you def notice the difference in customer service at times. The're not rude but the interaction is alil stale.. just speaking from personal experience again, other than tht I continue to go here with my family, grab coffee and snacks. The best starbucks in the area in the morning. If you like the shaken espressos Lourenzo is the only barista in the area who consistently makes it the right way. I've been to many Starbucks where they don't make them right, and don't care. Lourenzo and the crew here are the best!
