Went for lunch with my family8 (6adults/2kids10&3) payer over $150 with lunch prices of $14.99.. would be around $120 but I guess taxes was $35 ok .. would really mind paying that but some off the food was not fully cooked, some smelled spoiled and that's is terrible, plus the female "waiter" that was assigned to the table we sat was very rude not even loud in there and she was literally yelled at us asking was we wanted to drink we don't know what they have lol but some how she was annoyed when one of them asked what else they had for beverages she picked up the napkins and turn out they have the option way at the bottom of the napkin holder and literally banged it in front and she said "here look"!!! Sorry I dont work here how are we supposed to now we haven't even sat and already asking what we drinking??? Not my fault you don't like your job!!! Despite that and the way she kept answering when we kindly asked for some water was just sad I work in restaurant and people tip accordingly, how your way to treat you? If she's rude, that will reflect on her tip if you really want a good tip you should be more kind. We were never rude to them despite that we did not receive the same energy, she wasn't even doing much as if you went to a restaurant we your have waiters explaining and clarifying questions you have about the food I mean and they treat you right. You'll get a good tip she have audacity to bring us one tipping try when we are not even done eating so we just tip $20 I think that's more than fair as the treatment we were given but I guess you didn't like it cuz she brought a second tipping tray to the other side of the table like 10 minutes after she brought the first. My family is very confused cuz we already tipped her. I have no idea how much they gave her again but I wouldn't recommend this place. It's very fantasy that they only want two drain you money but offer terrible service was not being returning ever again. Hope this helps. You decide where you would be spending your money instead of wasting your money with them and having a bad experience... Wish I could give this review 0 but...
Read moreIâm very disappointed with this place. Horrible customer service . Food is OK . Iâve gone to a lot better places, however, due to the Covid business shut down, many of the buffets I go to are still closed. Iâve gone to this place several times and nobody speaks English. The majority speak An Asian language which I canât distinguish if it is Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese.
At the beginning when you go in the restaurant, youâre supposed to pay upfront at the cash register. Itâs about $15.99 that youâre supposed to pay per person. However, while youâre eating, the waiters go and place a tip Container in the shape of a black mini tray, on your table.
I asked the waiter why they were issuing black mini trays at the end and she said that since they give you water and pick up your plates every time you eat, then weâre supposed to put money there for them.
As soon as I got up, the same woman Approached my table to see if I had left a tip. She immediately said the F word to me. You donât tell Customers the F word and think youâre going to get away with it. I went to report her with a supposed manager. I think it was the only guy who spoke a bit of English. He said he was going to talk to her. But he didnât do much. As soon as I was almost Done talking to him, another woman showed up complaining about a waiter who had insulted them as well. When we both went to show him who had insulted her and who had told me the F word, it resulted to be the same woman. She started speaking her language to him and went inside the kitchen.
The truth is I didnât leave her a tip because I thought itâs disrespectful for them to put a tray on your table while youâre eating and you have already paid enough money at the beginning.
I believe that when you tip at a restaurant or when you go to the hairdresser, you tip bc youâre extremely satisfied with the service and also because you felt it in your heart. The state of California does not mandate that you tip. It is something born out of the generosity...

My visit to New Panda Buffet was one of the worst dining experiences Iâve had. From the start, the cashier was incredibly rude â no greeting, no courtesy, and she snatched the receipt out of my hand without saying a word. I overheard her and another staff member make a comment about me in their own language, then look at me and laugh. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
While getting food, a tall kitchen employee physically pushed my mother without so much as an apology. No one came by to check on us, offer a drink refill, or provide even basic service. It was as if our presence there was an inconvenience to them.
Here in the United States, customers expect and deserve respectful, polite service â regardless of background. If youâre going to work in a customer-facing role, especially in a diverse community, itâs important to learn and adapt to the customs of the country you live in. Bringing negative, dismissive attitudes from elsewhere doesnât work here. Latinos and African Americans, like many others, donât respond well to being treated with disregard or contempt.
To make matters worse, after this terrible treatment, they still brought the little black plate expecting a tip. Let me be clear â a tip is earned, not assumed, and nothing about this experience came close to deserving one.
I wonât be returning, and I hope management takes this as a serious call to train their staff to treat people with dignity...
