The store manager is super rude and ignorant. He does not want to spend one second to explain to customer why he gave only one Amazon return receipt for two items I returned, instead he told me he is giving me a free service. Underlying meaning is that therefore I can treat you so bad like this. When I explained my concern he told me again this is free service and rushed me by saying I have other customers to serve (this all happened just within seconds I started talked to him) he then walked away to completely leave me there while I was in shock about this worst-ever attitude I’ve ever encountered. I don’t understand why staples hires him as manager if this is the overall customer service attitude a store manager represents (in the end, I went to him and asked to talk to a manager and he told me with an ignorant laugh that he is the manager). Because it is a brand, Staples, and people will go no matter what for convenience. I went to Staples to print photos from my iPhone. The photos did not print so I asked for help. The manager, Mario, not only didn't help me, he refused to give me a refund for the photos that did not print. Their printer wasn't working so too bad for me and the money I spent on the photos. When I insisted that he refund the money for a product I didn't get, he told me to leave or he would call the police. I called the police myself because I thought the entire episode was insane. He refused to refund the money and refused to speak to me. So bizarre and unacceptable. Staples and manager, Mario have reduced themselves to stealing from their customers....

While driving (about 55 minutes after the order), the store sent me an email saying it wasn't available. I didn't see it until I arrived. The customer service rep apologized and was very nice. However, the manager came over and was really rude for no reason and proceeded to tell me "you shouldn't have started driving until you received an email stating we had in in stock." Excuse me for thinking that the website plus a confirmation email were enough. He then wrongly told me that my card was never charged, which it was.
