0 stars if i could, So I come in this Boba shop with my 10yr old daughter after doing our nails next door in such a good mood and this lady was looking at us with a stank face and she was Soo Disrespectful and Rude while taking our order, speaking to me in a mocking, condescending manner.
Then as were waiting for our drinks, these two sweet little girls come in maybe 11-13yr old girls and the Lady is looking at them with stank rude face too and is rushing them to order after they kindly apologized and said they needed some time to choose and were off to the side and was no other customers so they werent holding up a line or anyone else! were off to the side the whole time looking at the menu and she's looking at them and speaking to them so Disrespectfully and scaring them!
And me and my daughter are off to the other side waiting for our drinks and she yells at us to wait outside! We hadn't even gotten our drinks yet (me, my daughter and the two young girls are the only ones in the shop) and I tell her "oh, my daughter wants to see how the machine seals the plastic on top of the cups" (and it's hot outside) and she make an exasperated sound while rolling her eyes and throws something behind the counter and storms off to the back, scaring the girls and my daughter. Who the hell acts like that in front of Kids, Putrid Bully Lady🤢🤮 and the Boba tasted Old, Like it had been sitting for days and was overly sweet and didn't even taste like the flavor I ordered (Matcha) at allll and my daughter said the same about hers (Strawberry milk tea) Nastiest Boba place I've ever tasted (and I've been to A LOT of Boba places) and Worst Customer service i ever experienced...
Read moreOverpriced, Gross Milk Teas, and Extremely Rude Service. DON’T COME HERE!!! Okay so I’m usually not one to ever post reviews or even bad reviews because i’ve worked in the food service, but this experience was so bad I had to post something. The woman working the register and running the store at the time I was there was SO RUDE. Like the kind of rude where after I ordered my drink and left my gf outside (she was sitting outside with a person we were meeting there) she walked out there and said “Can you???” and made the hand gesture like she was shooing them away. My gf proceeded to point at me in the store and say that they were with me and she rolled her eyes and said nothing else. When she walked back in I also said they were with me and she made up some lie saying “I was just checking because sometimes costumers miss their orders”. My gf and the person we were meeting ended up getting their own drinks even though it was just going to be me getting one so she’d be less rude… didn’t work. Then when my drink was ready she screamed “HELLOO” at me like I wasn’t a person, and when the rest of my groups drinks were ready again she screamed “HELLOOO” at us. I watched her multiple times to other customers ding the bell she had to let them know their drink was ready, so don’t really understand why she had to scream at us. And then to top all of this off the drinks were TRASH, like I’m talking so so bad. And they were like $7, just for gross powder water that poorly mimics milk tea and one of the most unpleasant woman I’ve ever had the...
Read moreI’m not sure if this is the same branch as the other “It’s Boba Time” locations but if it is - it brings a bad reputation to the brand. My favorite drink is Taro Milk and I’ve always ordered at different Its Boba Time locations and the taste was always amazing and consistent- until I tried this location. The taro milk tea here was NASTY. So so bad to the point where I had to throw it away in the trash after like 3 sips. They have food options but they just heat it up and serve. It’s not fresh and it’s so terrible. I used to work at a Boba Time location and there’s people in the company that do routine checks every now and then make sure all their drinks are made the same and the taste is consistent. They’re very strict with having the quality meet up to the standards so I’m very surprised this branch is even open and operating. Puts a shame...
