Where do we start, I called the company to get an estimate for a driveway gate, and patio gate. Leo came out and took measurements for gates and gave us an estimate. I believe the price was great so we decided to order and purchase. Leo advised us the gate would take approx 2 months tops....actually took with install a little over 3. Cancelled on the installation appointments on three separate occasions. Delivery date finally came and immediately observed a crack on a wooden panel and paint to be done poorly and uneven. Surface and texture inconsistent with the front. Paint look faded on different parts of the gate. Specially the rear. Employee had to give it a coat of paint in the front only. Only installed one anchor and drill on the left door of gate when I originally advised that I wanted one on each door do to weight of gate (heavy) Leo advised they would come back and make all necessary corrections to gate. (Paint, install anchors and drill holes in driveway for anchor) also repair crack. Wife noticed a cracked tile on the backsplash inside kitchen caused by the bolt used (drilled) to secure gate from outside. Once again also promised to repair it/fix it. Set up another day for those repairs and it took about another month. Finally Leo cancelled due to tile repair man cancelling on him and advised me to get one on my own and they would reimburse me. Had tile guy come out after ordering backsplash panel and had the repair done. Leo finally came out on a Saturday 10am to complete work. Installed anchor, painted rear portion of gate doors, rushed the painting due to weather (heat) and drilled holes on driveway for anchor with incorrect drill causing chips and crack on new driveway. Extremely poor job, you can still observe the roller patterns of where he painted but the edges not even touched up (details) Workmanship of gate is outstanding but delivery, professionalism, and response unacceptable. Leo’s response to my complain when pointing it out “I was just too picky” thats when I had enough. Gave the company an opportunity to cancel and reimburse after postponing on 3 separate occasions but they guaranteed and promised to do right by the product and work. Was going to order another gate from them to compliment the side of house but at this point I learned my lesson. I believe the job they took on and promised to deliver was a bit more than expected and in the process of making an effort to deliver on time mistakes were made and corners cut in order to meet...

So, I called Ronnie as he was referred to me. After explaining to him the situation with my garage (and messaging pics) he replied “fixable” and could come out to my house That Friday. I also would like to mention that out of the 4 garage door places that I called, all of them immediately wanted to sell me a new garage door. One guy claimed to be out here “ASAP”. Let’s just say he didn’t live up to the name of his company. Anyway Brian from Globus came out, his workmanship was clean, tidy and quick. And when I asked him questions he replied with detailed answers. What can I say, Globus operates on the standard of how many businesses once operated They are happy to do the job at a fair price.
