
My partner and I picked out some items online and purchased them. Sadly, we were left disappointed with both the product and poor customer service. We selected some products that we intented to use. However, when they arrived, we were disappointed to find NOVELTY USE ONLY written all over the package on a couple of items. This meant we could not safely use the items. This information was NOT disclosed on the website description and would have impacted our purchase selection. My partner emailed several times, got no response, called and was told that there was nothing that could be done.
My partner or I have purchased many things from the Stockroom over the years. I think we are going to look to other companies like Good Vibrations that clearly disclose what items are safe for real use and which ones are for "Novelty Use Only." Since the Stockroom refused to disclose this information clearly on their website, we can't trust that anything we buy will be useable.
UPDATE - It looks like the Stockroom replied to my review and mansplained what Novelty Use Only means. Since they clearly know the difference between novelty and medical products, they should know they should clearly mark which products are which grade. Also - We did reach out to the email they provided and received messages in response to our emails where they said "nothing can be done".
