Updating this review to add that the "Response From Owner" below is just for show. Privately they have sent one email asking to call me then ignored me completely when I responded that I would rather have a documented record of the conversation and an email response would suffice. You know someone is attempting to be shady when they refuse to have a paper trail of their actions.
When I sent in a separate email to attempt to reach someone who would actually help me, I received a copy/paste template that did not acknowledge or address the issue at all and also addressed me as Kimberly (which is not my name), so either they sent me an email meant for someone else (which is a major privacy concern) or their customer service agents are straight up drunk. My response to this email was also ignored.
Besides all that, I am now mysteriously unable to login to the 7 Eleven app without accepting a brand new "terms and conditions" popup that the app doesn't let me click to read before accepting. Extremely shady to say the least and feels like I'm being retaliated against for daring to go public with how I was treated by both the store manager and the customer service team.
I will be posting video of the incident to social media, maybe then corporate will take this seriously.
Original Review: Manager/owner is aggressive, rude, and racially profiles Black customers. Read moreI came here at 11pm to get some gallons of water and carmex chapstick and on the website it’s 24 hours but the man was mopping saying it’s closed and head to sunset. I told him why it’s says 24hours and not 11 Pm, worker did t have a clear clarification of the answers. But if your the owner and reading this, please update your hours and put a sign it’s close! It’s not far for others to gps or google 7/11 for emergency pick ups, and find out that it’s not 24 hours. Is false advertisement for your store operations time.
And if you are 24hours please address your staff, It’s very rude when we are upset and concerned with not receiving any clear answers

Read moreLast year I was assaulted by the cashier and pepper sprayed by another. They said I was stealing but I was using the 711 app to pay. I obviously explained that and did not just walk out, but they refused to listen and insisted that I pay again. At that point I leave then that’s when I got assaulted and pepper sprayed.
