Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This particular Jack in the Box messes up my order really often, we asked for 2 tiny loaded tacos and they charged us for 5. You should check the bag they give you to make sure you get what you ordered 8/12 edit: The reply to this review has a link for feedback to specific Jack in the Box locations but this particular location isn't even on the available list of addresses to send my feedback :'/ As much as this place has messed up my orders, I must include that all the times it has come back wrong, I was there late at night and the workers seem stressed. I wouldn't want to cost any worker's their job, as I'm sure they're already under a lot of pressure, I only wish their pay would increase, I'm sure their wage is part of their stress. It'd alleviate the stress on them as this is a demanding job, and I'm sure job performance would improve as well, as a result less customers wouldn't have experiences like mine and workers can maybe get pay equivalent to the labor and service...

The supervisor took our order in the drive thru and we needed to pull up cause we couldn't hear him. And had to order at the window he showed his frustration when other cars pulled up. I used to work in fast food and if you can't take the heat you shouldn't there especially when you show your annoyed with your customers!!!!!!. And they still didn't charge me for 1 order of fries and still I had to get off my car and go in and pay for another still frustrated sent his Co worker to help me instead!!! Not acceptable but stil he is the manager at least be kind and don't show it. Praying you have a better day... fast food. Fast service patience goes a long way when you enjoy...

By far the worst! The cashier was either new or didn't know what he was doing. I stood while he repeated my order three times to which I already confirmed and then obviously didn't listen. Then he stared at the screen for approximately two minutes before giving me the total. When I recieved my order, it wasn't what I had asked for. Then the worker informed us , that all food was to go and that we couldn't eat inside although upon entering , they had a family dinning inside. Parking lot was filled with individuals panhandling, which made eating outside the vehicle a task. A foul urine smell lingered. This isn't a place you'd want to...
