Ive had many different issues with this postal service. im not one to complain, but ive had very personal, important, bills that became delinquent because the mail was lost, stolen or never delivered. Ive brought up the issue to various people, from the delivery man, my landlord, the workers/supervisor at the post office & have been on hold for countless hours getting nowhere, just a run around. ive tried to get this problem fixed, but it just seems to get worse! and its been years!!! I live in an apt complex & my mailbox has no lock! i wont get a straight answer from my landlord or the post office about why they cant install a lock. I dont feel safe, my bank acct has been hacked, my ss # stolen, who kmows how many CC's have been opened in my name All of a sudden my credit score is ZERO! if i order a package online, im lucky if i get it & in one piece . they dont even leave notices on the front gate anymore. I even see mail from other addresses near my mailboxes. I really dont know what to do? it seems like if i ask for help it just...

This will be my last time using this post office I had a package I was supposed to have delivered in the beginning of February the person at the window told me that they only pick up packages on Wednesday then I received a text from the company stating they did not receive the package so I went back to the post office talk to this person he told me they still had it I said okay fine I'll be patient and wait then a week later I received another message stating that the company still hadn't received the package I said okay this is crazy so I called lady answered the phone very rude and ask her about the package she said that it wasn't there and I had to wait and hung up reminding you that was in February we are now in April and now I'm being charged almost $700 I track the tracking number and it says that it was picked up the day I dropped it off but it was delivered back to the post office 2 Days Later. So I'll be on my way up there this morning and we'll see what happens I want ever have my packages delivered...

Ms Kim needs to be fired immediately. Why does she still have a job? I arrived at 5 PM to do an international shipping. Her colleague told me to fill out international paperwork. I did so and I got back in line. At 5:20. She said “no international… we don’t do shipping 1/2 hour before closing!” OK, that’s not true. “Anyway, we closed at 5 PM!” No, you close at 5:30 PM. And I’ve been here since 5 PM. Then she would not tell me her name. She was also aggressive to the couple in front of me, who left very upset, and the man before them, yelling at him “You can’t get a passport photo!” He never asked for a photo. And “No stamps!” What post office doesn’t sell stamps? She does not want to do any part of the job that she is paid to do. Meanwhile, over at the Los Feliz post office, everyone is smiley, helpful.
