The Vineyards at Porter Ranch — Local services in Los Angeles

DISCLAIMER! THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE NAIL PLACE AT VINEYARDS... I've lived in PR for a looong time. Porter Ranch plaza was ruined with a mattress store and Walmart so I've really been looking forward to Vineyards opening! It did not disappoint! The Plaza is beautiful! I can't wait to see what else is coming. I hope a nice sushi restaurant and some cute trendy clothing boutiques 🙏 so the one star is for the really horrible nail salon. It's very dirty. Very unprofessional. I paid $80 for my nails. Which would have been fine but then I went home and worked on them for an hour to fix them. They are not Friendly. Did I say IT'S VERY DIRTY? I have to wipe my seat before sitting because the black leather seat is literally white from nail dust. Even the technicians act like you are annoying them with your appointments. The owner answers the phone on speaker and talks really loud while booking appointments. Then she rudely and aggressively askes you if you can pay cash everytime! They have terrible reviews but I've been waiting for a nail place to open up in PR so I gave them 4 chances. I went there twice and sent both my daughters. It was not a flook! We all had bad experiences on different visits. I would rather come to the vineyards but as soon as nail garden opens I will be going there. I hope you will think twice about renewing their contract. It's a classy plaza and we need a classy nail place please. Your plaza gets FIVE...

I came here last night 9/1 8:00 PM to eat at paxtis restaurant. I had a great dinner although as i was leaving I noticed my car was missing. I tracked down security and spoke to a woman who answered everything with “ I don’t know or I’m not sure “ I gave her my phone number and license plate number and asked her to call me if they find my car in the parking lot. Another man who worked for security then walked up saying he will have his security look for the car, I also gave him my license plate and phone #. At this point i had left the shopping center. The police eventually found the car INSIDE THE PARKING of vineyard shopping center at around 1:30 in the morning. I saw a security car drive past the stolen car about 5 times before I approached him to ask about the situation. I asked him if he was aware this car was stolen. He said yes and that he was informed of it. I then asked as to why they didn’t call me to let me know the car was here this whole time he said he started his shift at 11 pm and it was here since and did not really have an answer as to why no one called us. The security company working for vineyard shopping center is slacking and unprofessional. When you park your car here they aren’t doing much to protect your property. I spoke with multiple family members and friends and found that multiple acquaintance of theirs have had their cars stolen from this shopping center or...

New shopping center at Porter Ranch. Has a Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, AMC Theaters with full service bar inside, Trek Bicycles and a BBQ food restaurant. Still vacancy and more to come I'm sure. Directly across the street is a Walmart based shopping center with more very popular stores. Between the two of these shopping centers they have just about everything most of us need. Just waiting for a Home Depot, a Lowes, one if the two and an Olive Garden. I'd never have to leave the area. Great planning in this area. Plenty if easy to access parking. Less then a block away from the 118 freeway going east or west. Not a massive amount if grid locked traffic surrounding these stores because they put the traffic lights only in wise locations and they didn't build a solid concrete island surrounding the entire place in the middle of the road so you can't get in or out easy.
