Firstly, I want to praise Jose! A few weeks ago when I first called, I was fortunate to speak with Jose about a trailer hitch install, and I needed a platform ramp on the back of my vehicle. Jose went out of his way to help me make sure I was getting the right kind of platform and hitch for my vehicle. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Thank you so much Jose! :-)
