Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

There is nothing worst at a drive thru then a bad attendant. And this place has been added to the ongoing growing list! First the Lady didn't understand what we were trying to order when we asked for their new cherry twilight freeze and told us to come to the window. Once at the window it was apparent that it wasn't that she didn't understand us, it was she didn't even know they had the new drink. Once that was made clear before we could say anything else she rang us up and gave us a total. Wait we also want a large Dr Peper and... But she had already rang us up again. Lady wait we also want food. She heard one more item and again did the same thing. Exasperated by this time I state lady can you listen and wait for us to finish ordering! The manager who had been standing by & seemed more interested in applying her lip gloss then service, waves he dragon claw clad hands at us stating, you don't have to be rude ill take your order now what is it you want! After finally completing our order our food was roughly shoved out the wi dow at us. I know Taco Bell is quick cheap food but get it together people! It's not rocket science. Train your managers to train their staff better. And inform the cashiers of new items! Bottom line when it comes to service (and that's really all this place has) this...

I stopped by this Taco Bell in the afternoon today because I dropped off my car at the mechanic shop across the street. I was waiting for my dad to pick me up so I went to taco bell to get some food. It was almost happy hour time so I first just ordered the Doritos loco taco supreme on the kiosk. It didn't take long for my food to be ready. I ate my Doritos loco taco supreme inside and it was great but then I saw a beetle or a bug on the floor crawling near me and it grossed me out. When I finish my taco, my dad came and it was 5 minutes before Happy Hour started so I waited there. Once it was happy hour, I got the 3midnight berry freeze, raspberry freeze and my mom wanted to try the cheesy gordita crunch. I order everything through the kiosk inside and it took about 5 minutes to be ready. I also talked to a employee since she was cleaning the table and she was nice. Always check your order before leaving. Last weekend this place was super busy. I ordered for my family through the drive through. My husband said he checked the order, but when we got home we were short 2 tacos. No biggie. But it was 4 or 5 dollars lost. I called right away. No one answered. I called the next day and gave them the order number etc. They said that I could come in any time. My name would be in a " book." When I went back, they said that my name was not there. So I drove over there for no reason. And the staff was a little rude. They can keep the 5 dollars. I will never give them another penny of my business. And the food isn't all that...
