To Northridge Tire Pros: This is a response to your reply to my post. Don’t play the game; “our records say we were not in the shop” in your reply to this review is NOT TRUE. First, bank account, and receipt doesn’t lie. Second, the name in your system is my dad’s, so my name will NOT be in your system. Does my family want your service? NO! Two times we were there to address the problems, but of course, the answer we got was there’s no problem, and your staff are cocky. I will not waste any of my time nor my family’s time going back to your shop and be ripoff again. Your shop is DISHONEST.

I took dad’s vehicle to this place because of the reviews. I requested to have brand new four tires for my dad’s car. For not even two months, my dad has been having problems losing air from all his tires. I took it back and was told, “ there is nothing wrong with the tire” they were just out of air again. I had my doubts took my dad’s car to American Tire, and we found out that the tires from Northridge Tire Pros were all refurbished and had a lot of patches, and it was sold as new. Northridge Tire Pros is a VERY DISHONEST business. I will not be surprised if one day they will have a lawsuit. Right now, you think you can get away with your illegal operation, but one day, it will catch up.

To Northridge Tire Pros, before you do something like this, think that you are putting people’s lives at risk.

Greediness Will only result in more problems.

awesome job northridge tire pros! i wish i came to these guys years ago, i would have saved money and headache. i came in today after recently having a nightmare at a nearby tire store that snapped off a wheel stud and ended up putting on a different sized nut on and now everywhere i go i have to worry about my nuts getting mixed up and crossthreading other studds. i came in to find a bunch of people running around helping different customers and was worried with all the customers waiting for their car that i would have to wait to be seen but i was told that my car could be started on right away. after explaining the different nut size that i have kenny told me he knew exactly what had happened and told the guy working on my car what to look out for and not to mix up my nuts and that one nut was different then all the others. they found a bad patch that the old guys did and replaced it and had the car ready to drive after 10 min with all the tires air topped off. the guy working on my car was extremely nice and very clean. the entire shop is clean and everyone there seems to be happy. the waiting room was nice but i didnt wait inside because by the time i walked in it was already done. the price is the best part! this place has the best prices in LA! and the job for to fix what the others tire store messed up was the cheapest quote i got, and honestly based on how competent kenny sounded expailning to me how the job would get done i have full faith that they know their stuff. all in all you cant go wrong here, i should have been coming here a long time ago and will be telling all my friends and...

First time here and it was a great experience. I initially had an alignment done by Andy's Alignment (Glendale) and something about it never felt right.

From my other reviews I clearly state that I work on all my cars, and will only use a shop when I don't have the tool (alignment rack, etc.) I decided to set the steering angle, and make some rear camber adjustments on my 2021 Tesla Model 3.

HECTOR did an amazing job, considering I'm very OCD with numbers and will even watch. He had NO issues at all with me being there as he aligned the Tesla. I asked for "0" Toe, and to even out the camber on both sides, and he absolutely nailed it.

My biggest issue with alignment shops is they don't take care in mounting the equipment on expensive wheels, so I asked "can you do this without scratching or marking high end wheels?" (Volks, Advans, Workmeister, CCW's, etc). He goes out of his way to tape off the sections of the rim!
