My home theater set up had a blown speaker in the ceiling. I reached out to Global Electronics and Alex responded immediately to arrange a visit/consultation to assess my situation.

Alex arrived on time and was very professional. He left my home with the promise that he would do some research to find the right replacement speakers for my system. I told him that my goal was to have my home theater working optimally by Thanksgiving.

The problem was that my current speakers were about 13 years old, and most of the newer speakers on the market now are smaller in dimension. Alex explained that the key to the project was to find speakers with the same (or similar) physical dimensions as my current speakers so that the job wouldn’t turn into a major construction patch job after installation. Alex wanted to find the perfect speakers that would fit nicely into the spaces vacated by the ones being replaced.

As Alex performed his due diligence, he provided me with daily updates until a few days later when he notified me that he had found a pair of speakers that matched the specifications and dimensions we needed.

Once I confirmed my desire to move forward with the project, Alex ordered the speakers and scheduled one of his technicians to perform the installation.

The installation went extremely well, and the entire process was a total success as Global Electronics easily completed their work well in advance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

On Thanksgiving Day, my Family and I enjoyed watching films together in wonderful surround sound.

I’m extremely happy with my experience and my system sounds fantastic!
