The gym is great with all the equipment you could ever need. There are locker rooms, showers, sauna, and a large basketball court. However, dealing with the recreation cashier department was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I created a recreation account but typed my id card number incorrectly. I called the cashier department (rarely picks up), and they told me to resolve this issue in person. I go in person and they tell me to call them the next morning. I once again call and they rudely tell me to meet them in person. Finally, I meet them in person again and the staff claims there is nothing they can do. This time I was persistent they look into the issue... all they had to do was change my id card number on my account and the problem was fixed. Read moreThey lack a lot of things at this gym. They do not have enough equipment and they are missing a lot of the free weights (their are no 5 lb, 10 lb, and sometimes no 15 lb). I am a female so I can not use either of the two available 20 lb weights when it is my shoulder day. They also do not have enough machines for the amount of people they have. At any other gym I will spend about 40-45 minutes lifting, but here it usually takes 1 hr and 30 minutes. The cardio section is ok, but you should add more stair masters as well.
