Dylan Stafford of UCLA Anderson has engaged in retaliation against me. I was probably one of the most qualified candidates to apply, finishing dual masters in science, multiple certifications. I made an ADA complaint. UCLA Anderson, in violation of both state and federal law, did not provide subtitles at a mixer in October 2023. They have now done this a second time in October 2024. UCLA Anderson collects diversity information on all applicants, but refused to do with the disabled. When I correctly stated that the disabled are just as marginalized and just as legally protected, Dylan basically said "whatever, agree to disagree." Imagine someone in charge of admissions giving such an idiotic, inarticulate response.
The law is clear. The disabled are not only a protected class, accommodating us is required. UCLA Anderson thinks it's above the law. It is isn't. If you are another victim of UCLA Anderson, I strongly encourage you to file formal complaints with the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), the Department of Education (DOE), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
