FOOD IS VERY GOOD! But…The Major issue is this. Being apart of the Service Industry for over 30 plus years, front and back of the house, I have learn that being in front of the house, you represent Epicuria or whomever you work for. The paying Customer will experience the Front Staff First, and if the front staff, cashier or wait staff are not pleasant and truly act like “They Don’t Want to Be at Work. Britney is that Person at Epicuria ..A Truly Unhappy, Unpleasant Front of the House Worker.
To Stand in A long line and to wait 15-20 minutes to reach the Unhappy and Unpleasant Britney, is more fun, but to find out that Epicuria is 100% Cashless, and There are Zero Signs on front of their location at Ackerman Hall, No where on their Website, and not till you get to the register, in which Britney, will tell you in her best Unpleasant and Unhappy Voice, “WE DON’T TAKE CASH!
I ask Unpleasant and Unhappy Britney where was the Sign outside that tells Paying Customers who pay with Cash! Britney just pointed to the Sign at the Register!

Read moreCame here at 5 on a Thursday and was happy to find there wasn't a line to order at the register. Despite that, I waited 30 minutes for my pizza to come out all my pepperonis were burnt. I noticed they had a lot of people coming in to pick up orders that they placed ahead of time so clearly that is their priority, if you have the option to do that I recommend it. I tried to do it before coming in but wasn't able to but because I don't have meal swipes (thats what the staff told me once I inquired at the register). Epicuria shouldn't prioritize mobile ordering, there should be a balance between when those orders come out to when in store orders come out. For a good 20 minutes of my time waiting, no in store order numbers came out. Then after about 30 minutes they took my finished plate and then asked me to leave. Mind you the entire dining room was empty and told me this isn’t a study hall.
