I had a voice acting session scheduled. Called up to ask a few questions, they promptly returned my call, even said I was welcome to swing by and check out the space day before if I wanted.

Arrived 30 minutes prior to my session and they were waiting for me, walked me through the gear, and answered my questions. Andrew and the rest of the staff were courteous, kind and helpful.

The booth I rented was clean, comfortable, had a chair and the computer and equipment were all in great shape.

OVERALL.....a great experience and I recommend them to anyone needing to rent a voice...
