Good first time visiting with my dog for originally a hair cut, but then I was informed about the pros and cons of shaving a double coat for a dog in the summer heat which helps them insulate them from excessive heat/cold. My only issue is that I had some poop bags in my dog leash when I dropped my four legged son (dog) I didn't have any left. At first I didn't know this but when I got home parked and started to walk my dog he went to do his business (#2) and going to grab a poop bag, there weren't any. I had no choice put to leave it there and walk back to pick it up later when I got a new roll. It was just disappointing that I had to find out this for myself then if they would a least tell me they used one or a couple then I would completely okay with it. Other then that Im good with their service just remember not to bring your poop bag dispenser...

Had an appointment at 2:00, had my dog in by 1:50. Checked physically on her at about 3:40 and she had not even been seen. They had her in a cage in the back, I heard her barking as I passed their hallway side door. The front desk lady tried to explain their 3 hour waiting policy; I’m sorry I don’t bring my dog 2 be held in a cage due to their over booking. Leslie is great but not again. My dog is not placed in a cage at my home nor will I allow her to b in a cage to be groomed, rather see a happy hair ball than know she’s being held in a cage waiting her turn for a trim. We tried booking a grooming session in the afternoon. The groomer messaged us the day of appointment and wanted to change time of grooming to early morning because my “dog is old and it’s safer to groom old dog in the morning”. This makes no sense. We book a specific time because it’s what works for us. It really sounds like the groomer wants to go home early so they tried to squeeze us into the morning session. Never had issues with other Healthy Spa, but this store really left a bad taste...
