
Wish I could put zero Stars, I just left from there and when I say being racially profiled is a thing that's exactly what it is. Me and my boyfriend was in the aisle picking out sodas. And I guess it's the manager, but he kept coming to the same aisle we were on and grabbed a gallon of water and looked as if he was trying to find something else. He walks away and comes back 5 more times doing the same thing. We went around the other aisle to get ice and he did the exact same thing. For somebody who works there why are you constantly looking for something on the same aisle that we walk on and if you work there what could you possibly be looking for are needing? It's so sad for somebody to just want to come to your store and buy something and you constantly follow them, there was three other people in the store and not one time did you ever bother them, but because me and my boyfriend was the only black people there you felt the need to follow and be on the same aisle as us over five times in a row walking back and forth smh... all the other Walgreens close at 12 now and this was the closest one that was open 24 hours but I rather drive further and be treated right then to drive somewhere and constantly be watched as if we're animals. Read moreThis review is specifically for Charles, manager at the photo / FedEx service. Came here from the FedEx facility in Inglewood because they told me my packages were at the Walgreens. Charles went to find my packages and came back saying they were not there. I asked him if he was sure because I was just old they were and he told me that he was sure because he checked "all the boxes". Had to go back to Inglewood where they confirmed packages were at the Walgreens. They took the time to call the Walgreens and thankfully they talked to James, an employee, who took the actual time to search and find my packages. Back on the road to the Walgreens and finally got my boxes, thanks to the wonderful James. The manager, Charles, was already gone so I couldn't even tell him how mad I was at him for making me waste one hour of my time in L.A. traffic and the gas. Hope he reads this! Read moreThis store should be CLOSED. Poor management, a lack of follow up regarding concerns reported. The actual person in charge works at different locations, apparently he is not there most of the time. Sandy someone at the register held up a long line because she refused to assist me with my debit card transaction. As you know every card reader is different. Instead of telling me to push the yellow button to bypass the pen she stood there raising her voice and shaking her finger. I asked for the cameras to be reviewed so they could see the line and the way she handled the issue. The assistant manager had to be called to the front of the store for help, however she didn't seem strong enough to handle much else. The employee clearly has no respect for authority. Bottom line is this, that cashier should be fired or unpacking boxes. She should not work directly with customers. The store is a mess including the...
