If they have negative review I would give them that. NEVER EVER I HAVE EXPERIENCES THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPECIALLY A PERSON CALLING HIMSELF MANAGER. HANGS UP PHONE WHEN ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE OWNER. 15 TIMES HE HUNG UP. WOW. All the time I place an order to go and never had it delivered. I just call and they make it ready. AS OF TODAY A GUY WHO CALLS HIMSELF MANAGER THERE - HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERIVCE. I CAN PROVE THAT WITH PHONE RECORDS. I never leave negative reviews. PERIOD I told him " hey I am placing my order through BUT THIS TIME WITH UBER EATS and want my REGLUAR LARGE PIZZA". He says for $28.00 LARGE PIZZA. WE ONLY GIVE YOU THE FLAT BASE AND NOTHING ON IT. THEN MY QUESTION IS IF I GET SPECIALLITY PIZZA ITS $35.00 PLUS. AND MY REGULAR VEG PIZZA IS WOULD ME $50.00 PLUS. WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN THE PAST AND asked him for his name and the owners. Because tho. he is manager I had mat with Owner and he told me to call if I am placing order.

I said I wanted to complain and he told me STRAIGHT TO GET LOST AND KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND EVIDENCES.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. This place is the absolute worst, the prices are absolutely outrageous for the quality, the service and people who work here are terrible, I’ve had multiple bad experiences here, and this one was the final one for me, I’ve only come here because it’s around the corner, I’ve arrived three hours before closing and there’s no pizza and the chef in the back said he wouldn’t make more, even tho the place closes 3 hours later, makes no sense, I’ve received nasty attitudes from multiple workers in this place on many occasions, once I ordered a slice, and stood there waiting for 15 min, someone walked in and asked for a slice and had it in his hand in 60 seconds, I went up to ask what was going on as I had ordered 15 minutes prior and was standing there the whole time waiting, and they said they forgot, and asked me if I wanted my money back, these people are so rude, it’s truly disgusting. I wish I had one good thing to say about this place, but honestly I don’t, the attitude is so outrageous, they act like they are doing you a favor for coming into an establishment to purchase a product from them. The pizza quality is objectively very good. It is also quite tasty. But very expensive and overpriced.

Plus, the atmosphere is always quite gloomy with awful lighting. Do not like it one bit.

If you are going to charge a premium just for pizza because it has the label of "kosher," at the very least remember to employ people who actually know how to communicate with customers kindly. ZERO level of kindness from an inept individual working the front counter. VERY rude with a social skill of 0%. Put someone in the front who has proper social skills and is actually pleasant. Do better. Very disappointing. People like that guy makes one not want to return to these types of restaurants and deal with these kinds of off-putting people who once again do nothing but leave you with a bad feeling unfortunately.
